We welcome new patients of all ages at Elite Dentistry in Gallatin, TN. Here is what to expect at your first visit and what to bring.
What to expect at your first visit
1. Check in
Arrive about 10 minutes early. We will confirm your contact details and insurance and answer any questions.
2. Health history
We review your medical history and medications so your care is safe and fits your needs.
3. Exam and X-rays
Your dentist checks your teeth, gums and bite. We take X-rays when they are needed.
4. Your plan
We talk through what we found, your options and the cost before any treatment starts.
What to bring
- A photo ID
- Your dental insurance card, if you have one
- A list of the medications you take
Insurance
Call us at (615) 230-6611 before your visit and we will check your dental benefits.
No insurance
Ask about our in-house membership plan.
Office hours
Monday to Wednesday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm; Thursday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm; and Friday, 8:00 am to 3:00 pm
